The shop owner has always loved cooking, having learned and inherited culinary skills from the family. As far back as they can remember, from around the age of ten, they helped their aunt cook and continued to enjoy cooking ever since. The food is Central Thai cuisine with traditional Thai flavors. The owner wants to pass on the family’s craftsmanship and flavors so that those who love Thai food can experience and enjoy its delicious taste.
The restaurant’s secret sauce recipe comes from the family in Thailand and has been passed down from generation to generation. It has been carefully developed and adjusted until it felt just right and as close to authentic Thai flavors as possible. Each dish is cooked and seasoned individually with great care and attention to detail.
